Canadian War Veterans Memorial Project

Since the formation of Canada as a nation, its citizens have been called upon to defend its sovereignty, and the peace of the world as part of its national armies.

The focus area of this memorial site is to promote an interest in the men and women of Canada who served in these conflicts from 1914 onward, including both World Wars, Korea, Peacekeeping conflicts, and NATO coalition conflicts. It includes profiles, images, letter and news transcriptions and a section on Canadian Cenotaphs.

This memorial is a collaborative, open crowd-sourced project; any individual who would like to contribute need only let me know.

There isn't a lot of content at present, most is from the First World War, but it will grow over time, both with my research and contributions from others.
